Our Chef will only be too happy to custom your menus so as to suite your budget and specific requirements, we also offer full Event Coordination and can assist with finding suitable Venues for your function , we provide full Catering Décor and Catering Equipment solutions to suite your requirements. Horn and Phillips has pioneered sports catering in South Africa. Typically we have catered for large sporting events such as the Lions Rugby Union and the Durban July. Our corporate catering has serviced companies such as Peugot, large banks and mining houses. Not only this, we are specialists in event catering. Providing delicious meals for entertainment events such as ABBA and Lady Gaga's concerts is something with which we are comfortable!

We enjoy catering for smaller functions such as movie and advertising shoots and private functions. We have supplied banquets to the South African PGA Championships AND, as an expression of our gratitude, we make it a priority to give back to our communities. We train chefs and donate meals to deserving charities.

It was truly humbling working with the number one rated cooking show host on Food Network in South Africa and England and America alike.

We found her menus and recipes to be uncomplicated and yet sophisticated, her salad dressings and pesto’s bring the dishes together beautifully, we found her menus reflect a holistic look at all the ingredients and the flavours culminate quite perfectly.
